2011

This week has been an eye-opener for me. As I think it should be for most people. The start of the new year gives everyone a chance to look at their life and decide what they do and don't like about themselves. We all form resolutions, usually just to forget them the next week. However, I feel this is truly a year for change in my life. I've grown a lot over the past few years, making difficult decisions for my life, however it's been a while since I have fine-toothed my life. And it's definitely overdue. I'm proud of who I am, but even more excited about the person that I could be. :)

2011 Resolutions

1. Continue to live a healthy lifestyle. Eat well, work out, and have a positive attitude.

2. Strengthen my relationship with God.

3. Truly love the person I am.

4. Make decisions today that I will be proud of tomorrow.

5. Make a more solid plan for my future.

6. Learn to trust again.

7. Dedicate time for me.

Sweet, Sweet Sunday

This weekend has really flown by! All the snow Friday, relaxing with my sister all day Saturday, and beautiful service at church this morning... I don't think there could possibly be any better way to end this weekend then to curl up with a wonderful book. Ahhhh just living the dream.

Sookie Stackhouse Series

I've recently been reading through the Sookie Stackhouse series by Charlaine Harris, and I loooooove it!! Her books are so addicting I can't seem to put them down! She has a way of just capturing the reader with twists and turns that are hard to predict. Her creativity has really made her series extremly successful and I'm sad that I'm almost through all the books. I am going to have to pick up some of her other work. Nice job Charlaine...keep up the good work!!!!
